Rent A Car -- Lanzarote -- Autovermietung

• "Where are your clients from ..... ?"
  We have Internet Clients from: USA, Belgium, Holland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Austria, South Africa - as well as Spain and UK.
              
  We are very pleased the list is growing !!

• "I have not had a reply to my e-mail - Why ?"
  We occasionally get e-mail from addresses that we cannot reply to !! The mail server (not ours) rejects our replies with a variety of error messages; user unknown / account unknown / user name not found etc.

  Please supply a different e-mail adress for us to reply to - we cannot help otherwise !

• "I have not been to Lanzarote before - do you drive on the right hand side of the road ?"
  Yes - the same as USA and most countries in Europe - our cars are left hand drive with manual gear change.
  The roads on Lanzarote are good and well signed.

• "Is there a charge for Cars delivered to my Hotel or Apartment ?"
  No !

• "How do I work out how many days rental ?"
  Basically we allow a maximum of one hour AFTER the time you collect the car.
  e.g. If your expected collection time (or flight arrival time) for the car is at 10:00 on a Thurs (ie your reservation) you can return it at 10:00 on the following Thurs with a maximum cut off time of 11:00 for 7 day rental.
  A collection time after 11:00 would be 8 days rental.

• "Can I take the car to Fuerte Ventura ?"
  The insurance is ONLY VALID ON LANZAROTE
  YOU will be completely responsible for ALL COSTS, however incurred.    

• "How do I pay ?"
  We prefer payment by CASH (Euros) but we accept credit cards (Visa or Mastercard).
  Full payment and all the neccessary paperwork is completed when you collect the car.
  Please note: The credit card holder must sign the card slip when the car is collected / delivered.
  For YOUR SECURITY we DO NOT take credit card payments by phone, fax, letter or e-mail.
  We do NOT ask for a deposit when you make your booking !!    

• "What documents do I need ?"
  The passport and current driving licence for ALL drivers are required.

• "Is there a minimum age for the driver(s) ?"
  Yes - all drivers must be at least 25 years old AND have two years driving experience.

• "How do we find you at the airport ?"
  Our Representative will be holding a Card with YOUR Name on it !
  Also, look for the yellow "Smiley" symbol

• "What happens if my flight is delayed ?"
  Do not worry - we will be there !!
  This is why we ask for your flight numbers when you book the car

• "Can I have the car delivered to my hotel, but leave the car at the airport when I leave Lanzarote ?
  Yes you can !
  We try and match your requirements to vehicle availability when we receive your enquiry / booking.
  Just complete the " comments " box on the booking form - we will do our best to help.

• "Can I extend the rental time or upgrade the car while I am in Lanzarote ?"
  We will do our best to help you. It depends on car availability.
  Please talk to our representative about this when you collect the car and / or contact our Lanzarote office.

  Please help us to help you by including the following information on the form:

  • Dates the car is required (start and finish)
  • Airport you are flying from
  • Arrival & departure flight numbers
  • Arrival time and date (especially if you want to collect the vehicle at the airport on arrival)
    
    Please tell us if you want to collect the car when you arrive at the airport
  • Name & address of Hotel; Apartments; Timeshare; Villa etc where you will be staying
    
    Please tell us if you want the the car delivered to your hotel
  • Number of drivers and their names
  • Any other special requirements (child seat etc)
  • Name, home address, telephone and fax contact numbers.

• "Can I carry my Windsurf Board on the roll bar (top) of the Jeep Wrangler ?"
  No - we suggest you rent a Corsa with a roof rack.

Car Rental charges on Lanzarote are much lower than most other countries.
So, why not try a 4 X 4 Jeep or a Discovery while you are in Lanzarote - YOU will be able to reach the parts that others can't !
